The Supply Committee meets bi-monthly to review contract bids and current contracts on both a local (RRHA/JVC) and national (Premier) basis. Local contracts are voted on and compliance issues are reviewed, along with any other special business or issues that may need input from members.

Although our Seagate Alliance members are strong supporters of the Premier group purchasing program, this Committee is constantly seeking to develop and bid competitive contracts for products and services that are not contracted by Premier or are best dealt with locally. Seagate staff supports its members in implementing the Premier contracts and optimizing the value of the agreements. The Supply Committee provides our members with the opportunity to network with their peers and work out issues and share information relating to the Materials Management field.
